Refund policy
At Size-wear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt under the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The return must include a valid proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).
If these conditions are not met, we may be unable to process your return.
How to Return an Item
Please contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate a return request.
We will provide return instructions and a return label (if applicable).
Returns must be shipped to the return address provided by our support team.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, wrong size, or defective product).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Returns sent without tracking are at the sender’s risk. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days after processing.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Once the order is processed, cancellations are no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a wrong or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement free of charge.
