Shipping Destination

We currently ship to multiple countries worldwide. Available shipping destinations are shown during checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us for further assistance.

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have registered your order in our system and have begun processing it.

Order Tracking

You will receive your tracking code via email within 24 hours after your package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Details

Below you will find the average shipping times for all our orders:

If placed before 12 PM (GMT-05:00 Eastern Standard Time), your order will be dispatched on the same day (Monday – Friday).

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Shipping Time: 4–7 business days (Monday–Friday)

Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered 100% free of charge, with no minimum order value required.

Delayed Orders

If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed and your order still has not arrived, don't worry. Please allow up to two additional days and remember to check your tracking code. If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Did you receive a damaged package or incorrect items (e.g., wrong size or color)? No problem! Simply take photos of the issue, briefly explain what went wrong, and contact us with your order number.
